By creating an account or using VuMail, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Use of Service
VuMail provides email, newsletter, and subscriber management tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations, including anti-spam laws.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in VuMail remain with us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
VuMail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
